We’re proud to celebrate 25 years of supplying and manufacturing high quality parts and accessories to the restaurant industry, featuring exceptional service at competitive prices.
When DMI was founded in 1997 just outside of Cleveland, Ohio, our focus was on manufacturing superior disposable burners for broilers. One of our founders, Dennis Paulin, has been involved in the infrared heater/burner industry for more than 50 years. Largely due to his knowledge and experience, DMI is known for manufacturing some of the best-selling and performing burners in the industry.
Family Owned & Operated
Co-founding the company with Dennis were his daughter Denise Bangasser and her husband Mark Bangasser, who prior to DMI were both CPAs with Deloitte & Touche LLC. Together through the years, they have seen opportunities to offer additional parts and restaurant accessories. As a result, DMI has evolved into a reliable single source for restaurants, providing everything from broiler parts to toaster parts, smallwares, food pans, safety apparel and much more. Now Denise and Mark each have 25 years of restaurant industry experience as they continue to lead the company into the future.
The DMI Difference
Via web, phone, email or fax, order from us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any orders placed before 4:00 p.m. EST on business days are shipped that same day. We answer the phone live during business hours (8:15 am to 5:00 pm) and return any messages left outside of those hours on the next business day. These are some of the things our competitors aren’t able to provide on a consistent basis.
