    Payment Terms - Open Account

    If you are already on open account with us, your order will be processed and invoiced as usual.  If you are a new customer, please Contact Us for a credit application. 

    Payment Terms - Credit Card

    DMI accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  If you are a credit card customer with a card on file, your order will be processed, your card charged, and an invoice receipt sent as usual. If you are a new customer or have updated card information, please Contact Us. 

    Shipping Charges

    Shipping charges are calculated and added to your invoice total upon fulfillment.  Actual charges are determined by the carrier based on weight and dimensions of the package(s).  By default, orders are shipped via FedEx Ground but expedited service is available upon request and a quote will be provided.  For a map of FedEx Ground Transit Times click here. 

    Sales Tax

    You are responsible for all applicable taxes or for providing valid sales tax exemption certificates.  If your purchase is exempt from sales tax, please send your exemption certificate to denise@dmiparts.com.  Any sales taxes charged by DMI will be calculated and added to your invoice total upon fulfillment.
